Evole_Fabriano_1New headquarters premises of historical value for Evolve

“Evolve Srl” has purchased and moved its head-office to another famous building-complex of value which historically belonged to the Miliani family, founders of the Paper-Mill at the turning of the 18th century since1850. The complex, made up of seven single buildings consists of: a privately-owned villa, a church, two country-dwellings, hayloft, aviary and depots totalling roughly 2600 m² surface area, situated in the middle of a vast land covering a , enclosing an Italian sunken garden, one of the fewest examples preserved in the region Marche.
The building-complex restored by Architect Alessandro Bassetti in three steps, has been completed in its first phase and has permitted the main company activity to be installed in the country-dwelling on a total surface area of about 700 m²; the external part has been untouched, whilst the internal part has been completely restored from minimal and essential internal design, illumination as well as fittings which respect modern-day architectural expectations.
The restored head-office premises not only are to represent the revival of a portion of Fabriano’s history but are to be restored with the aim of eventually hosting special events to be held for clients of the company Evolve Srl, and last but not least, to permit those employed in the firm to enjoy their fascinating and rich working-environment.
